Why does my media player keep disconnecting from the internet?
A strong internet connection is crucial in ensuring you receive the highest quality of streaming. If your device keeps disconnecting there is either a disruption in signal, too weak of signal, or the bandwidth is unable to support the additional device. To check the strength of your internet, run a speed test (fast.com) this will tell you how much Mbps you are working with. In order to run smoothly, your Mbps should be above 9. A way to remedy this issue would be to add a WiFi extender in office. Also, if you have an Ethernet connection (wired internet) we can switch out your media player to run on the ethernet cable. This provides a strong connection.
