Getting Started with Citadel Google Reviews

In order to activate google reviews on your screen you will need access to your Google business account and locate the google place ID for the location whose reviews you want to stream.
You will also need to purchase google reviews licenses through the citadel portal license page. You will need one license per location you are tying in.

To access review details, log in to your account and then click the dropdown menu located at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown, choose "settings." This will direct you to the review details.
Add each of your intended review locations by selecting Add Location at the bottom of the settings page. Keep in mind that the number of review licenses purchased by your administrator will limit how many locations you can add.
After correctly entering the information, the "Save Integration" button will become active. Click it to download the data to the system. This data can then be uploaded to playlists for the screens at various locations

Go to [Playlists] on the sidebar
Select [Create New Playlist] to upload to a location with no reviews or if adding to an existing playlist just search up the location you're adding too and a review playlist should populate.
Enter a name for the new playlist in the format of “business name-reviews” then select next
Select Reviews to upload the reviews you just saved to the website
Enter in the location the reviews are assigned to then press the search icon
Select all reviews that you would like to be shown on screen. When ready press [Approve] to add them to the playlist
Select Save and your new playlist will be saved into the system
Go to Channels on the Sidebar
Enter in the name of the business and an assigned playlist should pop up. If not, just create a new Channel under the name of the business.
Once you’ve found the correct channel open it and select [Playlist]
Look up the name of the playlist you just created and select it
Select [Save] and you should be all set and the reviews should be properly uploaded to the Channel
Complete! Your reviews should now start streaming to your screen
