Device not loading or Playing

  1. Lets start by restarting your device. Do this by unplugging your device from power and plugging it back in after 5 seconds. 
  2. After the device boots up check your connection settings by pressing the "settings" button on the remote and scrolling to "Network"
  3. Once you have confirmed the device is connected to the correct network with no issues press the home button to return to the Citadel application.
  4. Once in the application press the back button once on the remote to open up the pop up menu. From here press the "Logout" button on screen. This will return you to the PIN page of the application.
  5. Finally, Re-Enter your pin number and press submit. Select the channel you wish to play to start device playback. 
  6. If you continue to experience issues please let us know and we will escalate your ticket. 


Note: Please ensure your TV or Monitor is set to the correct input prior to starting these steps. Additionally ensure that you are using the HDMI extender component on your Citadel Player. 


Related: If your device repeatedly powers off or fails to fully boot - double check the devices connection to its power source.
